Alta pest control has been exceptional with their customer service, knowledge, and expertise. All of my questions are answered and every concern addressed. I have had great success with the pest control solution they provide and no longer have to deal with the pain of cockroaches in my yard, garage, and home. The service is affordable, timely, and stress free. I love that I have scheduled treatments for our home and can easily reach customer service anytime. I highly recommend Alta.
They offer a monthly service for $90 per month. I reached out because I continue to be charged this monthly fee and pay it but realize in my customer portal that nobody has been out since December and they missed last November service. They said that they don't perform services between the month of January and April but we are still responsible for paying. so just to make sure that I was tracking properly - I asked the customer service representative if I understood correctly that I am still responsible for paying regardless... read more
My family has had Alta service our homes since we moved in 2 years ago. The last TWO technicians we have had at our home have been amazing. Tony and Cedric have both been patient, helpful, informative and super friendly as well as professional!!!! I’m not sure if I can request this but I would love for either one of them to be assigned to my home from here on out. The customer service these great men provide is unmatched!!!! Total scam. We have camera footage of their techs walking around our house, not even spraying anything. If you have time to put a flyer on my doorknob, you had time to at least knock down the spiderwebs that were next to it. They told us they could keep the mosquitoes away; the spray they used lasted 2 days at most. When you call and ask for a “free touchup”, they tell you they have to wait at least 2 weeks for EPA reasons (which, admittedly, isn’t their fault. Elijah Eballar was very good during his service. He is very dedicated and seems to love his job. I was very impressed by his educational time on pests and their activities. I learned a lot from him. I will definitely recommend him for his outstanding service.
