I was not in need of pest control but I certainly wouldn't hire this company after today. You need to train your door to door people the meaning of "No Trespassing" and "No soliciting"! This guy even admitted that he saw our sign and still took his chances anyway. Some people have sleeping babies, and some people sleep in the day because they work overnight shifts. I guess I need a "do not disturb" sign from a hotel to get the point across to not knock or ring my bell?!? -Angry in Virginia Beach
Came on time. Elijah was amazing and very respectful. Explained everything to us step by step and I would highly recommend this company just off of the experience I have had with him. I have high hopes that the bugs will finally be gone
Elijah did a thorough treatment of the perimeter of my home, communicated what he performed and the next treatment that would be done. Parker is such a natural salesman. Although I was already with an alternative pest control they gave me an offer that allowed me to transfer over to them and I am glad I was able to do it with ease. I’m confident that with Alta my home will be well protected from the outdoor pests.
