We've been using 6 Brothers which has now partnered with Alta Pest Control for many years. They have been providing excellent customer service and Antoine is the best technician we've ever had. He always goes above and beyond!
The fact that BBB has this company as an A+ rating is an embarrassment. This is a dishonest scam. I have been under 'contract' since June of 2024. They clearly state if you are not satisfied they will retreat 'free of charge.' I have done this twice and both times they just move up the next billable appointment, so there is NEVER a retreat. Every service is billable as a punishment for complaining.
