The fact that BBB has this company as an A+ rating is an embarrassment. This is a dishonest scam. I have been under 'contract' since June of 2024. They clearly state if you are not satisfied they will retreat 'free of charge.' I have done this twice and both times they just move up the next billable appointment, so there is NEVER a retreat. Every service is billable as a punishment for complaining.
