If you enjoy hearing your upstairs neighbors constantly stomping and pacing around, this is the place for you! The heavy footsteps from above are loud and nonstop, which makes living here pretty annoying. On the positive side, the property is kept very clean and the security is good, but the lack of noise isolation between floors is a major issue.
Janine has been super helpful with my family and I finding separate units for each of our needs considering I know how difficult we can be to work with lol and honestly the entire crew has been a big help in getting my mom approved for her apartment as well, they are super understanding of her disability needs and so friendly! Editing my review because this used to be a Greystar property but was recently bought by Avenue5. I lived here Dec 2023 - current (moving out March 2026) and it’s been lovely, all until a few months ago when the property was bought out. The name changed, policies changed, amenities changed, and all changes were negative. The leasing office employees are snarky and difficult to work with.
