Editing my review because this used to be a Greystar property but was recently bought by Avenue5. I lived here Dec 2023 - current (moving out March 2026) and it’s been lovely, all until a few months ago when the property was bought out. The name changed, policies changed, amenities changed, and all changes were negative. The leasing office employees are snarky and difficult to work with. Janine is the best person to help with tours and working with she’s honestly one of the reasons I moved to Hollis her friendliness is amazing and welcoming always a great time to talk and visit with her if you’re looking for a place to move into highly recommended Hollis and working with Janine on the move in
Alta peak was a good place to live 4 years ago, but management has gone downhill. I had building security wake me up multiple times at 2 in the morning for noise complaints. If they listened at the door it would've been obvious that it wasnt coming from my apartment and saved me a rude wake up. Talking to management about this did not resolve the issue- I was told it was better for security to continue knocking on doors rather than not. When I was moving out there were also staffing issues at the front desk and resulted in m... read more

I lived in this apartment for 3 years and don’t have plans to move. The location is great, right in downtown, with easy access to public transportation, bars, restaurants, and etc within walking distance. Building itself is nice with a nice interior rooftop. Don’t expect mountain view though. Appliance are good, they have gas stoves which I prefer much more than electric and washer and dryers work just fine, no issues.
