Incredibly caring, kind staff! Everyone he takes time to listen and understand what’s going on with you so you can have the right treatments. In addition the injections are by far the best I’ve ever had in the 15 years that I’ve had to get them. Even though there have been staffing changes, I have not received any less care. I have been through some painful rib plating and removal surgeries. Throughout it all, Alyssa has been kind, caring, and has taken great care of me!
I recommend this location for ALL to come to this location, the staff that works here are always amazing from the time you show up til the time you leave. The front desk staff is always on point!

I was leary of pain clinics but Alyssa PA and Dr. Chen are like manna from Heaven. I’ve got an extremely complicated spine from 6 different surgeries and lots of hardware and rods. Those two, and the entire staff, have been incredible. Dr. Chen has proven he an excellent interventional clinician. I’m a retired trauma ICU/flight RN, so praise does not come lightly.
