Do not move here, lived there 4yrs, The Place was beautiful under old Management company, The Management Now IS HORRIBLE!, The community is disgusting, Elevator Was broken for 3 weeks, Never could talk to manager and corporate just hangs up on you.
Lived here for two years. Looked and felt great when I first moved in, but then the elevators were always broken (and they currently are still). The smokers ruin being outside, and all the office does is send a mass email saying that smoking isn't allowed. Front gates are always broken, so expect strangers in the strairwells at night, especially since the security here looks like couldn't secure a twisty tie onto the plastic of bread. Great place to live. Thank you to Alice for getting everything situated for us. Also, thank you to everyone for the prompt maintenance order that we requested! We are very pleased with everything so far, especially with how quiet the neighborhood is.
Love living at Alta minimal to no problems, but the new name is so ugly. It sounds like a laundromat. It used to sound very classy. This new name sounds like a straight up laundromat in North Las Vegas
