STAY AWAY!! I visit my girlfriend at these apartments daily, and the stairs is always covered in some type of funky liquid, trash, throw up, and random miscellaneous items... They offer people to get your trash, all you have to do is "leave it outside" and someone will get it.. they never tell you that the service is very inconsistent... The jacuzzi is always cold, but the plus side is that the bubbles work lol. Super hard to get a hold of someone in the front desk. Move-in Condition My initial unit was in extremely poor condition—covered with animal feces, hair, and litter. Despite multiple attempts (the floors were mopped about 10 times), the smell of cat urine remained pervasive. Lived here for two years. Looked and felt great when I first moved in, but then the elevators were always broken (and they currently are still). The smokers ruin being outside, and all the office does is send a mass email saying that smoking isn't allowed. Front gates are always broken, so expect strangers in the strairwells at night, especially since the security here looks like couldn't secure a twisty tie onto the plastic of bread. Update: I have recordings of the towing company stating that my vehicle was initially towed for being “stored,” but they later changed their reasoning to expired registration. However, my registration was not expired—I have receipts showing it was renewed months before the tow. While at the tow yard, the company even looked up my information and confirmed the vehicle was registered. I've lived in this complex for 3 years with zero issues--until the new management took over. Out of nowhere, my car was towed, and the towing company is now demanding a fee just shy of $700, claiming I was "storing" the vehicle. I've always parked where I live, and I never received any kind of notice or warning. That's completely unacceptable.
