Terrible experiences consistently. Today was the worst however after promising a certain number of free oil changes when I signed financing deal, suddenly there is a KM reading that the offer expires at. Distinctly remember my convo with the finance guy and no stipulations existed in the deal. Suddenly they have an expiration on file, but no ability to see the record of the agreement. First time taking my car back to the dealership for a service recall notice. Check-in was smooth. A few minutes later I received a text message that directed me to a link to follow the progress of the repairs, what an awesome feature! As the repair progressed, another message was sent providing some recommended items that should be looked at further, complete with cost details, you can approve or decline these recommendations on the spot from your mobile phone and the service department receives an immediate update. Visited for recall, however they created new problems with engine light,for that I had to visited again and it costed me around 500 dollars for their own fault. And given prescription of 1500 more dollars.I had to decline extra service due to their excessive charges.
