David the owner is very rude and unprofessional. His secretary Anna however was nice and pleasant to speak with. I can see why the reviews are bad.

horrible as a buyer with no agent never able to get hold of listing agent feel so sorry for any seller who is working with this realty office... Wish can give 0- /F-.. and no star at all...
