David and Camellia hired us to prepare MEP plans for a 6-unit building. A contract was fully executed, and they paid the required retainer to initiate the project. Our team completed the design and was ready to submit the plans for plan check. At that point, the client informed us that the project was placed on hold. After the delay, we notified them that per our contract, 50% of the fee is due once the plans are complete and ready for submission. David the owner is very rude and unprofessional. His secretary Anna however was nice and pleasant to speak with. I can see why the reviews are bad.
