This is my second year here and they should be sued for false advertising because nothing about this apartment complex is “luxury”. We have had bug issues ever since covid and instead of just sending someone out each week, I have to go in and request someone every time which is just an inconvenience considering I already have bugs in my apartment!! RecommendedI’ve been living at Alta Mill Apartments for just about 3 months now and I have been pretty satisfied with the service and community. Service requests are answered efficiently and the staff is always available. Brandon was of great help to me from the application process to now! The surrounding area is great as well.
Been here 6 yrs. I love it here. A few minor issues, mostly neighbors littering and gate being broken often.
Horrible experience and treatment from staff!!!
