I’ve had a great experience living here! The staff especially Alexis, are always cordial and approachable, and the management team is awesome—super quick and efficient whenever service is needed. The amenities are well-maintained, and the entire property is always clean.
My daughter and I love living here at The Thomas at Midtown. Staff are friendly and helpful. The grounds, both inside and outside, are kept clean and well-maintained. I've had a few maintenance issues that were repaired immediately after submitting repair requests. I would recommend living here.

My wife and I are currently searching for a new apartment in the midtown Phoenix area. I scheduled a tour at The Thomas over a week in advance last week, but when we showed up, we were told by Alexis, one of the leasing managers, that there weren't any units available to show us. This was frustrating, especially since there was more than enough time for someone to let us know ahead of time and save us the trip. Terrible experience with management from start to finish. Every interaction felt dismissive and unprofessional. I’ve seen their responses to other reviews—don’t be misled by the scripted replies. However, the maintenance team was always friendly, responsive, and the one redeeming part of living here. I strongly recommend looking elsewhere.
