I really glad that I found Alta. Everyone their is very nice and compassionate. I really like my Pschristist Julia. She is not just a person who I can share and talk to but she listens and I consider her to be a friend.
I have been seeing Alissa at Alta for about 5 years now. I appreciate how she takes a holistic approach to mental health, not only prescribing traditional medications, but also recommending vitamins and supplements as well as coaching in therapy techniques to manage anxiety. She has always taken the time to check in with me and see how I am doing and if I need extra support.
ALTA Heath provides ketamine therapy which has had a tremendous impact on my life!The intake was fast, stress-free, and the price for the treatment was very reasonable, making my experience all the more better! Alta MH has been incredible for me. I’ve been diagnosed with anxiety & depression since around 18 and never pursued seeing a psychiatrist & finally did. Julia and I were able to identify my depression & change my medication routine & I’ve never felt better. I wish I found them sooner! The team is extremely responsive, supportive & caring and I am forever grateful!
