I have had such a great experience over the last year with Alta for treatment of ADHD and with postpartum mental health issues. More recently, I forgot to request a refill for my medication and realized I had one dose left on Christmas, and I was traveling out of state the following day. They are very kind and open to what I was struggling with. I was seeking assistance in an ADHD diagnosis and after running a non-diagnostic program, deemed that I spent too much time on my phone and that was why I was struggling with executive dysfunction. Additionally, after one meeting they had suggested I had Bipolar 2, which is a diagnosis that has never been suggested to me throughout my entire mental health experience.
