Picked up a fork lift going to Seattle wa from them Great customer service they had me in and out When I delivered to Seattle the customer couldn't get the unit to start I called Alta they walked me through trouble shooting the issue thanks for great customer service
The technician misdiagnosed the problem with my forklift and suggested a solution that was over-complicated and expensive for the sole purpose of selling me a new lift. A competitor was able to fix my unit for a fraction of what was quoted by the technician.
I live near them. Their alarm system constantly goes off for 8+ hours and they never fix it.
