Over the last few years I’ve had the pleasure of working with Gil. I work for MTA and highly recommended the service tech Gil for any repair service needs. Gil is the one tech that always manages to diagnose the problem and have it repaired in a reasonable amount of time. We have a fleet of 25 material handling equipment and always try to request this technician. He is very courteous does clean work very valuable asset to Alta. Thank you Gil!

I’m compelled to comment to balance out previous, disingenuous statements. I personally rely on the stellar, thorough, above and beyond client services from the young lady in the quotes/repair department. I think her name is Melanie? She is the consummate professional AND proactively keeps our company posted with our much needed updates. She’s an absolute treasure.

i called the office looking and spoke to someone, i believe she said her name was Melanie. the lack of customer service and respect absolutely baffled me. she was very rude and not helpful. she had an attitude the whole time and eventually i hung up. i will be taking my business elsewhere but in the meantime i hope they figure this situation out.
