to Alta corp: Morgan at the TC location is the kind of employee you want to keep. She remembered me every time I called and was right on top of everything. She even asked if there was anything else I needed upon closing the transaction, basically asking for the next sale and assuring me that I would get the same attention with every rental. Reached out to Alta to have our fork truck serviced. Expected to hear back from them later in the week but the tech was on site the next day! Hats off to Phil and Ricky (the tech) was very professional and explained in great detail what he did for our fork truck. I highly recommend!
