Alta Loma has brought peace and hope back to my family when we were lost! Their compassionate admissions counselor (Austin) was there from my first phone call to listen and guide you, without any pressures or expectations and still present months into the program. We’ve had good ongoing communications from the staff with progress and/or regression. My LO is now a few months into the program and says it’s top notch with kind and professional people!!! Alta Loma is definitely a place of healing and hope for a brighter future!!

From the moment I contacted the intake personnel and throughout the six months my son was at Alta Loma, our experience could not have been better. The compassion and understanding of the entire staff was central to the care and treatment provided. The holistic approach to treatment and care was central to my son's recovery and ability to leave with a set of behavior and life skills which will be crucial to him in the future. Thank you to the entire staff, therapists and clinicians for all your support.
