Poor property maintenance. There is an annual $450 amenity fee. The gym and common areas aren’t maintenance regularly. Treadmill belts are loose and buttons hardly work. Door knobs to common doors are broken, stairwells not maintained. Maintenance never fix anything on the first visit. They need to order a part or have a contractor come out. Now, management completely refuses to fix anything and try to charge u. Stay away!!
The maintenance crew is very efficient. Maximo has done a great job when fulfilling all maintenance requests in a timely and professional manner.
A few weeks ago, our garbage disposal broke, and we submitted a maintenance request to our building’s maintenance department. Technician Maximo M. responded promptly and completed the repair in no time. He was fast, clean, organized, and efficient—clearly very knowledgeable in his work. Maximo left the area spotless, as if nothing had happened, and was a pleasure to work with throughout the process. The entire experience was smooth and seamless.
After 4.5 years living here and always paying my rent on time, my wife got pregnant and will stop working after next month. I explained our situation to management and asked to move into a cheaper apartment (one that has been vacant for over two months) within the same building. They didn’t even consider giving us a one-month transition period.
