After purchasing a QX60 demo vehicle earlier this year I've had awful customer experience/service. 1) upon agreeing the sale of the vehicle, I drove from my home town 1h45+ min drive in a snow storm to be told 15 minutes from my arrival that they cant get the ownership papers for me.
