I recently purchased a brand new QX55 from Alta Infiniti and it was easily the best car shopping experience I have had. John was great from the beginning to delivery. He understood exactly what I was looking for and worked with me to get the best deal. When there was a delay in the delivery of my vehicle, John stayed on top of it and went above and beyond to have the it arrive as quickly as possible. Pauline was lovely as well!

I went for a general maintenance for my vehicle this past weekend. Had an awesome experience with a lady in the service department who was very caring and understanding of my disability and worked with a smile and care.

Now this is amazing service. I took my 10 year old QX60 convertible in for maintenance and I received stellar service . After the initial inspection and report of recommended service, I was given a loaner Q60 as my car was unsafe to drive due to a rear tire. The service was friendly, prompt and complete. 5 stars for the entire team at Alta.
