I would never recommend buying from Alta homes. They tricked my wife into not getting an inspection why I was at work even though I was the buyer, my wife wasnt authorised to make that decision. When you do a walk through In a new home you mark with blue tape what needs to be fixed. They never fixed anything. My kitchen sink collapsed because they tried to install the sink after the counter tops were installed. They used a piece of fencing plank board to rig it. My ceilings are cracked an warped. If I could give a Zero star, I would. I NEVER Leave reviews…but this is hands down THE worst builder. The day you sign, is the day they cut all ties. There is zero craftsmanship nor customer service. Run far away! Trust me.
We couldn’t be happier with our Alta Homes experience. They have been nothing but of professional and helpful throughout this entire experience. We watched our home being built piece by piece. Every week there was always something new for us to check out. Juana and Andres were absolutely wonderful to work with. Their eye for small details & the quality of our home was beyond my expectations. If you or someone you know is in the market for a new home, we couldn’t recommend a better company.
