I have been going to Alta for about 4 months now. I have been utilizing the Mommy and me classes; Baby Barre, baby Pilates, and Stroller fit. I have loved meeting the instructor Brigitte, who has created an inclusive, energetic and supportive space for moms of all size on their movement journey. I have had an amazing experience with Alta Health! I’ve utilized the massage therapy services by Jen, Empowered Birth class with Janet, and chiropractic services from Dr. Alexx. I’ve also been attending the 6 week prenatal yoga with Tori. I have nothing but great things to say about all of them! This clinic is an amazing one-stop shop for your wellness needs. They have been so supportive in my pregnancy journey and I will absolutely be back postpartum!! Feeling grateful to have a place like this in Sarnia!
The staff at Alta Health is very competent and friendly. They are all very knowledgeable and use up to the minute technology. I have direct experience with Dr. Rosangela Spadafora, Sarah Parker RMT, Andrea Stratton RYT, and Taylor who manages the front desk; I have only had the best care and experience with all of these professionals. I highly recommend Alta Health for your physical and mental well being.
