One of the worst places overall I've stayed at. Would never recommend this apartment complex or the management company. Its one of the greediest companies to rent from. The lease is one sided to protect them. Not the consumer

We lived at Arca Green Mountain for 3 years through many management changes. In the last year that we lived there, also around the time they were bought by Graystar and Martha took over as manager the quality of the apartment complex decreased. Our problems initially started when a neighbor supposedly complained that we were not cleaning after our dog. My family and I really enjoyed our stay at Alta (Arca) Green Mountain. One of the biggest highlights is the location! It's right next to Green Mountain with easy access to the trails, and it's incredibly convenient to get to downtown Denver, Boulder, or the mountains via I-70. This has been the best experience I’ve ever had at an apartment complex in Colorado by far. The office was always so helpful with everything, the maintenance team always came in a timely manner, and the amenities are great. The office holds quite a few parties every year to make the community come together and make everyone feel included. It is a gated community which made me feel safe. I have mistakenly left my car unlocked a couple of times and never had to worry about it getting stolen. The apartment units themselves have... read more
