I live here and I love it.
I did not have a positive experience at this complex and feel misled by the positive reviews here. Noise Issues: - The unit to my right frequently played loud music late into the night, especially during holidays when security was unavailable. - The residents below me had two dachshunds that barked, whined, and howled throughout the day. - The unit above mine, the smallest one-bedroom available, became occupied by a family of three, including a small child. over 5 years and you still can't manage to put up floor plans for every apartment.
i normally dont care to leave reviews, but felt compelled to write one for this complex. i have lived here for 7 months and have never been in a more quiet, clean or well-maintained property such as this one. maintenance is friendly and responsive. they go out of there way to organize packages in the package room by name, and i have seen them taking the time to scoop the gravel back onto the places they belong within the community. they are friendly and really make sure residents are accommodated. it's not lost on me the eff... read more
