The property is amazing. Everyone here is always nice and in a positive mood. It is very well kept. The fitness center is awesome. Pool and spa are great. It is just a great environment. Staff and maintenance are amazing. I am happy to live here!!!
I have lived at Alta Green Mountain Apartments for about 2 years, and it has truly been an amazing experience. From the very start, the front office staff, especially Shelley and Nora, have been incredible. They go above and beyond to ensure that the community feels welcoming and taken care of. There's some really great people here. Norah and Shelley in leasing were helpful and involved day one. Peter in maintenance has always been willing to help and go the extra mile. It never felt like the apt issues we had weren't addressed by it's staff.
I have had an excellent experience at Alta Green Mountain since moving in about six months ago. The apartments are well laid out and spacious, and all appliances have worked well with zero issues since I moved in. Living somewhere safe and quiet are probably the biggest priorities for me in where I choose to call home. I have either been lucky with neighbors or there are thick walls, because aside from the occasional muted steps (which is par for the course with an upstairs neighbor), I hear absolutely nothing. As a recent transplant, I have to say, this is a really great place to settle in. The community is friendly and, from what I’ve seen so far, pretty quiet and reserved. Or maybe more aptly, respectful of each other’s space. The community areas are nicely kept and well-maintained. I haven’t had the opportunity to use much other than the lounge area by the pool and the gym. Which are both great, they have these fun egg chairs and cabanas.
