i normally dont care to leave reviews, but felt compelled to write one for this complex. i have lived here for 7 months and have never been in a more quiet, clean or well-maintained property such as this one. maintenance is friendly and responsive. they go out of there way to organize packages in the package room by name, and i have seen them taking the time to scoop the gravel back onto the places they belong within the community. they are friendly and really make sure residents are accommodated. it's not lost on me the eff... read more
Alta is a wonderful place to stay! Shelley gave us a tour and helped us with ease through the application process. The maintenance team was always prompt at fixing any issues as well. The apartment complex is very dog friendly and has a beautiful clubhouse, gym and pool. We enjoyed our time at Alta and would recommend!
If you want to know my experience, talk to someone who isn’t me Lol I just remembered earlier into my experience. These people tried to put a notice on my door to kick me out ha ha for speaking out about the right things oh that old manager where is she now? Edit to alta reply: “it’s too late to apologize or tell the truth” way too late. Don’t talk to me.
We moved into Alta Green Mountain Apartments when the complex first opened after the pandemic, and at the time, it was truly beautiful. The area was full of newly planted trees and fresh landscaping, and the apartments felt new and inviting. The location was also great — peaceful and scenic. This community definitely caters more toward a younger demographic, with regular events and social opportunities that many may enjoy. Just moved recently and have almost been here for 2 months! It is a very nice community. Amenities are great! Quieter community especially during sleep/rest times. Maintenance team has been great! Shelley at the office is phenomenal!! She has answered all my questions, worked with me, and responded quickly!! She is amazing!!!
