Great experience
I lived at Alta Federal Hill for two years and had a pretty mixed experience there. The apartments themselves are nice, the community is nice, and the employees who work there are all kind and willing to help, especially the maintenance staff who may be the best in the business. However, I just can not recommend anyone to live here. The prices are high compared to other apartment complexs, and they will take advantage of you at move out. They discriminate here. It took TWO weeks of multiple phone calls and emails begging office manager Missy to either contact someone higher up or directly connect us to hear from someone that was not her. During these two weeks our application wasn't going through, she didn't know why - changing the reasoning multiple times (from BS about credit score when mine is above 800, to BS about not meeting the income requirement with 2 incomes).
