We purchased a $52K loader and I received phone calls from Brad, asking for the money, when will I be able to wire the money, and has the wire been sent, however, once we made the purchase and wired the money, I got crickets from Brad. I had to ask several times for a delivery date. Once I received the email that a delivery was schedule, again crickets.
