I just received a text message from these people claiming I owe money for lab work I never had done with them. They somehow know my name, my doctor’s name, and the labs that were ordered for me. This means they accessed or used my medical information to try to bill me for services they never provided. This is a SCAM. Stay alert and report it to the authorities.
Keep sending me bills with the same service date, same CPT code for lab tests!!! 🤬
Received a suspect bill in the mail from them for labs I had done through my doctor. Checked with my online health portal & insurance, the balance on this bill did not match at all. Likely a scam, watch out!
Billed incorrectly. Staff is incompetent.
