My dog, Murphy, has been coming to Alta Dog for the last month and half after dislocating his hip and having an FHO surgery. Rightfully so, I was devastated when this happened and I didn’t think he would be able to fully regain his strength or mobility again. After 2x per week at Alta Dog, he is well on his way to getting back to himself. Tina at ALTA Dog was AMAZING!!! I learned so much on how to help our Border collie with hip arthritis. Her patience with my questions helped me to understand how best to help him. She explained the exercises to work with him on and we are excited to have him do water therapy!! My poor guy has an iliopsoas muscle strain, and Alta Dog Rehabilitation has been absolutely amazing with him! This strain takes patience and consistency to heal and we are really starting to see great improvement and some muscle coming back to his leg since coming here. Papi loves to get his cuddles in during the pain reduction portion of his treatments. So so happy with the customer service and knowing we are leaving our pup in good hands!
