I liked it when it was Alta Crossing but the new company Adviner is very unprofessional and disorganized..
Moved in whenever it was owned by Alta crossing and loved it and the staff. Got bought out by adviner, office never answered the phone, the manager was never available to speak to you, and when she was, she was very rude and pushy because "she had better things to take care of" ,maintenance came into my apartment at 2am to fix an issue, people in the office had "misplaced" one of my packages yet it never showed up, they never took care of things the way they should have been taken care of, and my fiancé's tail lights were st... read more
Place is managed by Advenir now. Getting someone to talk with is bit challenging. Homes are good and spacious. Not much about other facilities. Gym seems never open. Maintenance is not upto the mark.
