Great location!
This place seems like a 55+ community. There are a select few who run this place and if you don’t abide by their rules you will hear from management. No music, no lights, no talking too loud, nothing. There is favoritism and you are expected to listen to them or else. It is so ridiculous.
I lived in a studio here for a year; amazing layout, tight security, friendly decent neighbors, quiet with decent amenities. The views were spectacular and most importantly, you are in the middle of the action in a safe neighborhood. Loved living here.
