Lady who took my insurance information mocked me “it must be so nice to be on daddy’s insurance”, “you’re so lucky”. I’m a college student???? This is pretty normal and also I’m an adult? I hadn’t even said anything I just gave her my card and she started making unnecessary comments while I just layed on my bed in the ER. This is an unacceptable way to treat a person and its even more unacceptable to treat a patient. This experience cost me $12,000 so thank god for daddy’s insurance
