This hospital is no help there mean , they treat mental health like there worthless and incapable , they say I can’t make dj mixes because they say all mental health are incapable, when I talked to person when first came in if hear voices I mentioned I pray to God . The man’s response was did he talk back which refers this hospital goes against believes and calls us crazy for even believing in God

My husband and I have had several appointments here. Generally the restrooms on the first floor are at least ok, mostly just people leaving crumpled up paper. Today around when he tried to use the handicap stall besides the usual paper waste. M there was literally feces on the grab bars. So he had to use a stall without safety equipment and rely on the toilet paper holder as a grab bar. It would be great if someone checked the restroom as often as needed to keep it clean.

I had emergency gallbladder removal in Lakeport ca. After an MRI there it was determined that I needed another procedure to remove stone or stones that were passed and still in duct. I was medically transported to Alta Bates in Berkeley since they could do the procedure. (They were unsuccessful and are sending me to another facility that has more experience.) 1st night. My son was born here! He is now 9 months old ! Doctors & nurses are extremely supportive and friendly, amazing atmosphere! Highly recommended to all mother. The great lengths they went to too take care of my wife was unforgettable; I am truly grateful for the Alta bates staff and team!
