ABSOLUTE GARBAGE! Old management company got switched out for Lincoln Property Company and it is absolutely horrible, just like all the properties they manage. Inconvenient way to pay for rent now, office is always closed and the maintenance team takes forever to fix anything. Leasing consultant made me feel stupid by talking down to me when I asked questions about my lease. I will most definitely not be renewing my lease. These apartments were great while they lasted.
Id give them 0 stars. Dog shit all over the place due to tenants not caring. Abandoned vehicles all over the lot and have to inform management to remove them. In less than 2 years management has changed 3 times. Dog park has dog shit all over it. Only area that is clean are the 2 front buildings. Never any propane in grills. Gym equipment is always broken(treadmills etc). Trash is rarely picked up. Stains all over the walkways from trash as the place is never pressure cleaned.
