Latayia was the perfect host / agent! We felt extremely comfortable and informed. Modern property with great amenities and close to store and restaurants. Definitely sets the bar for beautiful apartments in Smyrna.

The community and amenities is great, exactly what I was looking for in between my search for another house. Latayia did an amazing job of following up and accommodating my needs as I was in the process of selling my home but needed to wait until all contingencies were met before securing a lease. The application process was very quick and efficient. Neighbors are very nice and helpful.
