My husband and I met with Dana to look at an 2bed, 2bath. This was not just a showing, she gave us an experience! We absolutely loved the residence but most of all her customer service was absolutely PHENOMENAL!
After living here for less than a year - front desk crew and maintenance crew are great and really responsive. Actual living conditions have been negative - thin walls, can hear absolutely everything your neighbors are doing, hallways and grounds constantly dirty with grime and bugs, alarms constantly going off! Ready to go.
I enjoyed the leasing agent Latayia’s quick and complete tour of the property for my search of a 1-bedroom apartment in Smyrna. I was only in town for a few days to look at several properties and had to reschedule. Latayia easily accommodated my request. The maintenance dept here is awesome I’ve put in a work order or to in the year I’ve been here and they are prompt to respond (next day) service the gentleman is so pleasant to work with. He’s very knowledgeable and he will work on your issues until he gets it fixed or replaced. It’s so wonderful to have such an experienced, professional and proficient team where you live !! ( fyi I’ve renewed for another year) because it’s a great place to live.
I did a walk in tour of The SYNC apartments. The leasing agent, Latayia, was very professional and thoroughly explained all the complex has to offer. I am considering this place as my future home due to the spacious apartment units, amenities, and school district. However, I am concerned about previous low reviews.
