My Family’s Honest Experience Living at The Sync. Let me start by saying that our apartment was beautiful. The view outside was great, and the location was amazing. However, living right next door to Publix was both a blessing and a curse. Warning: Do not believe the new 5-star ratings. It is a complete shame that his complex has a roach problem. If they had properly maintained the complex in terms of cleanliness, it is a good chance they would not have this problem. The complex is suppose to smoke-free, but that is definitely not the case as you can smell smoke throughout the complex.
