First of all, they're punctual and I didn't have to set aside a four hour time frame most companies ask for. They made an appointment for 10am and they were here at 10am on the dot. Secondly, they're meticulous about their work, give a whole new meaning to "no trace left behind." I've had people leave screws, snips of wire and garbage left behind, ...not in this company's case. My only regret is not having called them earlier in the season, meant to call them two months ago, might have saved myself a few bucks in electricity... read more
