I went out of my way today to stock up on some beer. Nope. Have a beer or two. Nope. Have a gf pizza with my beers. Nope. They open at 1pm. I got there at 2pm. Their lighted sing said OPEN. Lights on inside. On the door was a sign saying that they closed early due to staff shortages. I am pissed. A campus full of students next door and they can't staff enough people to sit behind the bar? ALT is now off my list to buy. Also, apparently they don't bother stocking shelves east of Madison. Good selection
Amazing gluten free beer
What a great spot and concept! All the beers were solid, but I especially enjoyed the hoppy lager and copper ale. Matthew the brewer is a great guy and very knowledgeable of his craft. They’re located next to the Madison (MSN) airport, so check them out if you’re ever passing through. Cheers!
