Where do I begin... At first they were nice. Fast forward about 2 months where we kindly requested a repair for water damage from ice dams. We sent 4 certified letters and at least 15 emails requesting the repair. Nothing. I called about 4 months ago (after living there for a year and a half) and requested my faucet fixed.
