When issues do arise, as they will in any apartment building, the maintenance team is impeccable. Not only are they quick to respond to tickets, but they are QUICK at resolving issues in a super friendly and efficient manner. I have lived here 3 years and it’s the best place I have ever lived! The property and the building are well maintained. But it is the staff that makes this building what it is! They have an attention to detail.They truly care about the resident. If you have a question they will get you an answer! They know most of the residents by name which to me is important. I have to say, my boyfriend and I have been living here for a year now, and it has truly been an awesome place to call home. The grounds are always clean and beautifully maintained, and they decorate so nicely each season, especially during the holidays. It really gives the community a warm, welcoming feel!
