My daughter lives there and we are absolutely appalled how horrible this place is and being ran. Her car was broken into last night and we called this morning and they won't help us or look at the cameras. The crime is through the roof and they enable the thieves. For $3000 plus a month there should be 24/7 security. I will be calling the the police, BBB, attorney general and the news. I cannot believe there are thieves with more rights than the paying tenants. Dont move here it is not safe and they dont care. We won't stop ... read more
Front desk/concierge was very unhelpful. Waited for approximately 7 minutes to get help, one lady was on the phone and another came out of the back finally but reluctant to help.
My husband and I were left with such wonderful impression of the place after we visited. The complex is absolutely beautiful, both inside and out. Impressive layouts, great amenities and fantastic floor plans. Patrick was a super gracious host and gave us a very thorough tour of the community and apartment. Ultimately we had to go with company's other location as it was much closer to both our work, but we will definitely be recommending this place to anyone looking for a new home! I’ve lived at Alston with my partner and our pup since August 2022, moving between two different apartments, and from day one, this place has truly felt like home. The beautifully maintained grounds and top-notch amenities make it an amazing place to live—especially in the spring and summer when the landscaping comes to life with vibrant flowers and greenery.
