I took my Rolex to Alson Jewelers in Woodmere to have a new band installed. When I picked it up, they refused to return my old band. I was not told they were going to keep my old band when I dropped it off. I made an issue out of them keeping my old band and they did return it, but not before distroying the pins so the link could not be removed. I have other Rolex's that these links would of worked in.
Alson Jewelers is a Master Class in guest services!
