I've been shopping here for 15 plus years. I liked their rewards program, their senior discount on Tuesdays. They changed their rewards program you now have to spend 500.00, then they dropped the senior discount, [a whole 10%]. Now they changed the armed forces discount, the Vet must be present. What if the Vet is not able to shop but his spouse has his picture ID? Not good enough. I feel you don't want or need my business. So I can go elsewhere. Your prices are not that reasonable anyway. BYE
This is one of the worst places I can now imagine purchasing a pet. I had seen my dog here a few times before I got her as a puppy. They require you to go to their vet to validate the warranty, as if that is even worth anything anyway. Their vet performs a minimal check and sends you on your way as this check must be performed within the first 2 days after you purchase the puppy.
