Very unhappy with the interaction I had yesterday with the manager of the store. I had recently purchased supplies for a starter 40 gallon tank that I was setting up. I went into the store on 5/15/26 and spoke to an assistant in the pet department and bought what was suggested and felt pleased with the help I received. I spent a few hundred dollars in supplies and when it came time to clean the tank the siphon gravel cleaner would not hold a prime resulting in no water flow.
