I was very happy with the product and install 3 yrs ago, but this fall, I noticed the coil was deteriorating in one spot, it is a small spot, but can lead to large issue. I called to utilize the warranty, what a joke, they never came to look at it, just pictures I sent and of course they blame workmanship. So I call the company that installed, and naturally they say, no, its deteriorated, we didn't cause that. So now $20k dollars later I have to find someone and pay them to fix this.
