I Emailed dimensions of a window order. They incorrectly translated the dimensions; which they admit. They want me to purchase a new window, which they'll deliver. Hell NO! I've been a customer for about 10 years, and have ordered about 100 windows from them. Be warned they won't own up to their mistakes. Mine was when I agreed to purhase this last window from them.
