I purchased some siding here for a small job. When I finished the job, I went to return the extra siding (10 pieces). This was an in stock item that I paid cash for. I was told that returns were not accepted and that it was printed on my receipt. If its printed on the receipt, how are you supposed to know that returns aren't accepted until after you purchase something? Seems dishonest to me. I'll go anywhere but here in the future.
Best warehouse crew of all suppliers in the area. Rob always looks out for me with the delivery schedule and unusual requests. Angela in the office is efficient and helpful and talks about birds with me. Walker, Sheldon, and Dre in the warehouse are always prioritize customer service and have a good time doing it.
First time coming here, lady upfront caught attitude when just being asked what different colors they have a siding. Will never set a foot in this place again.
They seem to have a great product. But I can't get anybody to return my call to find an installer in the area.
The customer service here is amazing. I will keep using them for all of my siding needs. Thanks again to Angela for your help!
