My reply to owner response: What went wrong? I have holes, gaps, see light through holes in frames and have wind blowing through my house. My 92 year old disabled mother had to help me lift the windows into the openings because no other contractor wanted to get involved where the initial company dropped the ball. How to fix it? For starters, stop producing windows that are warped, have holes and gaps in the frames, and missing areas of insulation. EVERY window I received is like this. Very helpful people
Am on my third set of defective sashes - again they have holes to the outside and gaps allowing air to blow through my house. The only things consistent about my alside mezzo windows are horrible quality and lack of quality control. Now I need to start over to get a good brand of windows without defects. I lost $2960 (2019 price), my HVAC usage doubled since getting these windows, and paid for bunches of plastic to put over them to keep winter winds out.
