This company is the worst company ever to get a hold of. Multiple attempts have been made to have Jennifer, who is the customer service manager contact me for a defective window. I can’t get any callback from her whatsoever. They don’t seem to care about what their reputation is.

Absolutely the WORST company to work with. Their siding team has been contracted to instal new siding on my house. They have completely disappeared with a half done job. Their instal lead, Jeremy promised to be at my house every day to make sure it was done right and he’s no where to be found. Won’t return calls or text messages. My entire property is a mess. They ripped off gutters, conduit, cables, broke lights, broke a brand new gate and just left conduit hanging everywhere for three weeks along with exposed outlets. The ... read more
