I had a very disappointing experience with Alside when trying to use my siding warranty. I submitted a claim and provided the requested documentation, expecting the warranty to cover the issue. Drop and hook. Trailers were dropped in the yard with very little space between them. Check in at the entrance. The guard was nice and friendly.
cumbersome warranty process with no help at the regional level. Switching suppliers for good.
This place is a joke. A bunch of worthless workers standing around doing nothing but eating donuts telling you they're not going to load you for 2 or 3 days that's just how it is they literally are just standing around talking and eating donuts how worthless can you be.
