cumbersome warranty process with no help at the regional level. Switching suppliers for good.
This place is a joke. A bunch of worthless workers standing around doing nothing but eating donuts telling you they're not going to load you for 2 or 3 days that's just how it is they literally are just standing around talking and eating donuts how worthless can you be.
UPDATE 09/2023 - I am on my third set of replacement sashes for a large 72x63 horizontal slider. They are just as bad and defective as the 2nd set was - still has holes and gaps in the frames. Didn't bother replacing the double hungs because the only thing consistent is their lack of quality control. Now looking to replace all windows again so learned my lesson... to get alside products is to throw money away - I paid windowz4less $2960 in 2019 to install these junk windows for a total loss on them now need to pay thousands ... read more
