I had a very disappointing experience with Alside when trying to use my siding warranty. I submitted a claim and provided the requested documentation, expecting the warranty to cover the issue. Instead, my claim was denied based on requirements that were never clearly explained upfront. Drop and hook. Trailers were dropped in the yard with very little space between them. Check in at the entrance. The guard was nice and friendly.
