Mold getting in between the panes and all the way through on one upstairs window, another window literally fell into my house because of the broken frame and balance pieces, main large window was not delivered for installation at the time the rest of the windows were installed and had to wait 6 more months to have that window installed only after calling many times. The promised warranty is a scam. It took 4 weeks to get a warranty repair approved and 6 more weeks to have them do the repair, which didn’t even actually get re... read more
Took a while for someone to come out. But they eventually did. But now we've been waiting for our window to be replaced and it's been over a month
