My experience at this clinic has been mixed. Dr. Alshahwany and his assistant, Paula, have always been professional, kind, and excellent in their care. They are the main reason I have continued coming to this clinic, and I truly appreciate their dedication and professionalism. Unfortunately, I have had less positive experiences with other aspects of the visit. I have found the receptionist to be somewhat rude and condescending at times, which can be off-putting.
