Absolutely phenomenal work! I've had multiple vehicles wrapped and tinted here, and they pay incredible attention to detail. Matt and his team hold themselves to high standards, value their strong reputation, and are well connected in the community of owners and other professionals in the Tesla ecosystem.
Terrible experience with their customer service. They did not call me back, even to make my appointment. They did not call me when my car was finished, and I had no idea what the status of my car was. After I got my car back, I realized they didn't put my tesla emblem back on, and they dented my door. Had to make another appointment to get my emblem back. I was told I would get a call back from Matt about the dent and never received any more correspondence from them. Had a BMW wrapped here and they did not do the best job. Reached out several times to have it fixed. Drove across town twice to have it looked at, they never got back to me. Very flakey. With how many options there are to have your car wrapped I recommend going elsewhere.
ALSET did a great job on my brand new Tesla, I had all the windows tinted and a matte PPF wrap, everything looks very professional, the edges were tucked neatly on the PPF, I trusted them because they were recommended when placing my order thru the Tesla app, and the trust was well deserved. Fantastic experience with Alset Auto. The shop is clean, guys are attentive and the products are excellent. We had two windows tinted in not time and they came out great. Thank you, good products and services are hard to find.
