I decided on ALSET for ratings and Matt very professional and nice we talked for bit he answered all my questions . My car was tinted with the XPEL CERAMIC WINDOW TINT looks great. Thank you again Matt
I’m leaving this review to warn future customers about the shady practices I experienced at Alset Auto. After sharing a quote from another Xpel shop with them, that shop suddenly retracted their confirmed pricing — something they had already put in writing. The timing was too exact to be a coincidence.What makes this even worse is that Alset themselves offered me a price below the contracted Tesla rate, while simultaneously reporting another shop to corporate for doing the same thing. Absolutely phenomenal work! I've had multiple vehicles wrapped and tinted here, and they pay incredible attention to detail. Matt and his team hold themselves to high standards, value their strong reputation, and are well connected in the community of owners and other professionals in the Tesla ecosystem.
Terrible experience with their customer service. They did not call me back, even to make my appointment. They did not call me when my car was finished, and I had no idea what the status of my car was. After I got my car back, I realized they didn't put my tesla emblem back on, and they dented my door. Had to make another appointment to get my emblem back. I was told I would get a call back from Matt about the dent and never received any more correspondence from them. Had a BMW wrapped here and they did not do the best job. Reached out several times to have it fixed. Drove across town twice to have it looked at, they never got back to me. Very flakey. With how many options there are to have your car wrapped I recommend going elsewhere.
