I got a colored ppf for our model y and it looked great until it it started peeling up from most of the edges a few months later. I was worried this was normal and it did not look good. I reached out to the guys at ALSET auto and then took one look and said they would replace it all. Apparently I chose a wrap from a company they don’t use anymore and it doesn’t sit well. Brad was awesome. He helped me wrap my Cybertruck and was extremely helpful explaining all the color options and guiding me to the right one. I told him what I was looking for and he nailed it. Thanks to him I love my car now. Super nice guy.
ALSET Auto did an outstanding job on my ceramic window tint and full front PPF. The quality of their work is excellent, and the results exceeded my expectations. Brad was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and courteous throughout the entire process. He took the time to answer my questions, explained everything clearly, and made sure I was completely comfortable with the process. Avoid Alset. What started as a simple PPF + tint + ceramic job on my brand-new truck turned into months of broken promises, rushed work, and damage. The film I initially ordered wasn't even close to the sample, and they charged me the full roll price ($1,500). This is Bullshit shop. Tesla cancel my cybertruck lease and the $1500 (ppf wrap) I put down, was never told to me that is was non-refundable deposit. Left a voice mail and no callback from them. Dont do business with this shop!
