ALSET Auto did an outstanding job on my ceramic window tint and full front PPF. The quality of their work is excellent, and the results exceeded my expectations. Brad was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and courteous throughout the entire process. He took the time to answer my questions, explained everything clearly, and made sure I was completely comfortable with the process. Avoid Alset. What started as a simple PPF + tint + ceramic job on my brand-new truck turned into months of broken promises, rushed work, and damage. The film I initially ordered wasn't even close to the sample, and they charged me the full roll price ($1,500). This is Bullshit shop. Tesla cancel my cybertruck lease and the $1500 (ppf wrap) I put down, was never told to me that is was non-refundable deposit. Left a voice mail and no callback from them. Dont do business with this shop!
From the first phone call to getting the final reveal of my car Brad has been amazing to work with. Very friendly, professional and attentive! My new Model Y looks incredible and I highly recommend anyone who wants tint or any other work done to their Tesla to visit Alset!
