Kylee is amazing! Not only did he provide outstanding customer service, but he also went above and beyond to help us order the color we wanted. Great experience. Sam is wonderful. Im sure all the staff is. Work on my gray model y, full wrapped it with a glacier blue ppf + ceramic coating and it the result is awesome. Loved the color. Follow ups were performed to make sure any issues are corrected.
I came into Alset for a PPF treatment. If you have a nonTesla car that has many curves and the panels are not as flat as say cybertruck, then your results may vary. Notice the ppf 'fingers' and deep cuts. When you book an appointment, I'd recommend asking for a tour to the back of their shop and take a look at other cars they are working on. Pay attention to seams at edges and transition areas. And make a judgement for yourself. I regret that I didn't do that.
Very pleased! I got the cyber combo (PPF and front wrap with smoked headlights and taillights) & XPEL tint top heat/infrared protection and could not be happier. Kyle and team are very communicative and do a wonderful job. The tint is an all new experience driving and not being blinded by other headlights as well as the car staying cool even parked in direct sunlight. The cyber combo looks great and has made maintaining the car a breeze. I will recommend this place to everyone I know in the market for similar services.
