Worst service ever
Had my Tesla Model Y tinted at ALSET and the experience was excellent. I went with XPEL XR Plus—75% on the windshield and 55% on all other windows and sunroof. The results are amazing! Shout out to Sam and Alex. Sam kept me updated throughout the process, and Alex did a flawless job with the installation. I was a little worried at first seeing bubbles during the curing phase, but Alex reassured me it would take about 30 days to fully settle. If you're looking at other places to tint your car, stop looking and head over to ALSET Auto. Kyle and the ALSET auto team were friendly and extremely professional, they did immaculate work on my Tesla. You can tell from the start that they possess great knowledge of the product and work so hard to ensure the standard quality of work was upheld. 5/5 stars is such an understatement. All I can say is.....WOW. I had an idea of how I wanted my Model 3 to look, and ALSET Auto made it come to life! Quick turnaround as well! Kyle & his team were great to work with & very communicative. 100% recommend for your PPF and/or tint job!
Update: The owner Kyle reached out to me to discuss this matter. I told him about my sub par experience and what I'd like to resolve it. He said he'd look into it, but he never called me back. I came into Alset for a PPF treatment. If you have a nonTesla car that has many curves and the panels are not as flat as say cybertruck, then your results may vary.
