been going here for years to have repairs and to buy equipment that I need. several weeks ago I brought my mower in to have the height adjustment repaired took weeks for part to come in(sears is slow at shipping parts knew that when I dropped it off no biggie). specifically said that I was going to change blade and tune up so don't touch it, when I picked it up I found out they replaced the spark plug and the blade without even a call to see if I wanted it done. sry but I probably wont ever take equipment here again as your ... read more
