Extremely Poor Customer Service I am extremely disappointed with the way I was treated when I called this endocrinologist’s office regarding my mother. The woman who answered the phone, MARIA, was incredibly rude, dismissive, and passive-aggressive from the very beginning of the call. Booked an appointment months in advance and specifically requested the first appointment of the morning so I wouldn’t have to wait. Despite arriving on time, I still waited 45 minutes to see the doctor.
