I was super sick all weekend and by Monday - which was Memorial Day - I felt so bad that I knew I needed professional care. Thankfully Alsace was open and accepting walk-ins. I arrived a little before noon and was done in less than an hour. I saw a Nurse Practitioner named Trish and she was very professional, compassionate, and super thorough in her assessment. Sooooo slow!!! Sit in waiting room for over an hour, even when there are no other patients.
Would not recommend.
What wonderful and fast service. I came in on a work trip and very limited time. Alma was wonderful and friendly. The nurse( forgot to ask her name) was so kind and caring. FNP Shadrock was friendly, caring and fast. Seriously, the ideal urgent care experience. I was in and out in 15 min. All taken care off. Thank you for an amazing experience.
