I had Al's Water Heater out twice to service my gas hot water heater when I could not get the pilot light to come on. They came out within hours. When I needed a replacement, they came out the next day and were in and out in about 1 hour. Fantastic service.
I came home on a Monday afternoon to find no hot water and a leaking water heater. I was able to speak with someone from Al's within the hour, who actually apologized that they couldn't be out that day (this was 5:30 PM). An appointment was available the next day, the delivery was early and installation took less time than expected - and they cleaned up the mess in the basement that I hadn't gotten to yet. I appreciate the incredible availability, professionalism, and accessibility of Al's Water Heater.
Pleased with Al's Water Heaters. Came out the same day our water heater zonked out on a Friday after my last hot shower from a 2008 AO Smith. Installed a Bradford White tank 50 gal 40k Btu natural gas with a powered anode rod. If you don't know what a powered anode rod is check it out next time you need a water heater......from Al's!
