The good: they quickly came out, diagnosed and replaced the water heater with a good product. The price was on the high end. The bad: the city water main needed to be turned off and on, whiched caused problems in all plumbing fixtures. There are steps that can be taken to mitigate this which were not done. We needed new venting for the water heater and were left with white pvc powder throughout the basement, like a bomb had gone off.
I am glad that I contacted Al’s to perform a flush on my water heater which hadn’t had one done in 6 years. They were knowledgeable and gave me a lot of tips for future maintenance. They also showed up on time as scheduled and were transparent with pricing which was reasonable. I would use them again in the future and recommend them to others.
