Al’s promptly came, diagnosed my water tank issue and replaced the tank in a matter of hours. I was impressed and completely satisfied.
A big company misdiagnosed my issue. They wanted to charge me $1,500 for a part or $5,500 to replace my 75-gallon heater. Al’s guy comes in, unhooks a tiny hose, blows air through it, clears the hose, plugs it back in and it works. $150 for the service call. Thank you! You’re a life (and bank account) saver!!! They are simply the best. Bought my water heater from them four years ago. They installed it in no time at all and the price for the top-end heater itself was less. They just fixed a copper pipe that had corroded due to Ann Arbor's water; they gave me a lesson so I could do this myself in future.
AL'S installed a tankless system for us earlier last year when our old tank heater was on its last legs. The tankless has run very well and I've seen a reduction in our gas usage as well. Al's service personnel were exceptional with the installation, clean and efficient. Highly recommeded.
