Great service, very honest and respectful. I was here from Missouri and my trans went out on my Lincoln LS. Paid $2000 for a rebuild one and have had no issues. Little pricey but I recommend also.
Al took my escape in right away and had my transmission fixed along with brakes that badly needed to be replaced. I am very very thankful i found such a nice and honest person to help me both al and art, al is very experienced so they had my escape repaired very fast. I will be a customer from now on. And would refer friends and family. Thanks al.
Al's Transmission was a life saver!! With all this snow, I got stuck and tried to get myself out, well I guess I did it wrong because I blew my transmission. I had my van towed to Al's shop, it was the closest one, when I arrived I was helped by Al himself who had a good vibe to the way he greeted and helped me while I was stressed out. He got my van back on the road fast!!
Al’s Transmission is a hidden treasure in Southeast Michigan. I brought over my 2007 Dodge Caliber that had a bad transmission. Al himself looked at the trans first thing in the morning, explaining what kind of trans I had and what was wrong with the transmission. He even explained what the procedure was with respect to the warranty my car has and what my options were.
